Worker's Compensation Cases

If your injury is a result of an accident at your place of employment and there is a possibility that your bills will be submitted for a worker’s compensation claim, it is your responsibility to inform your employer before your first appointment with us. Failure to do so may result in denial of any claims submitted for worker’s compensation reimbursement.

In addition to bringing your personal insurance information to your first appointment, please also bring your worker’s compensation information—including your employer’s name, phone number, date of injury, contact name, employer’s insurance company name, and claim number, if you have it.

By law, an employer’s insurance company has 10 business days to send us a letter regarding approval or denial of treatment. You will be contacted as soon as we are notified, and then a plan for treatment or surgery can be arranged.
