Information for Referring Professionals

SIGS surgeons look forward to discussions with referring professionals to ensure high quality patient care. Summary reports are sent to the referring physician after each patient office visit, and patients are referred back to their primary healthcare provider at the conclusion of surgical treatment.

Community Presentations and Medical Education
The SIGS physicians present continuing education talks for medical staffs, as well as at community education programs. SIGS physicians regularly give presentations on GI surgery, trauma training, pancreatic cancer, and other general surgery topics.The SIGS physicians are involved in the following training programs:
